Our Background
 In
February 1992 the Dream Team was formed
by Theo, Geoff & Gerry. With backgrounds
in training and development, motivation
and conference entertainment the trio
soon became one of the most sought
after "extras" at conferences
throughout South Africa. Dream Team
helped shape the fledgling industry
which grew and prospered throughout
the 90's. At the turn of the new millennium
companies started demanding more value,
Fun in the Sun type activities
could not be justified as inclusions
in team getaways if they were not
going to add value to the process
and if the delegates and indeed the
company had no return on the time
and money invested. Dream Team were
ahead of the curve and had already
partnered with leading global practitioners
to ensure that the product portfolio
was relevant and helped to make a
difference. Today partnerships with
Catalyst Global and ChartHouse ensure
that Dream Team are able to offer
their clients the best solutions available
worldwide.
